Adult integrative therapy and counselling
I offer a safe, supportive space for you to work through any challenges you might be facing. My approach is flexible and integrative, meaning I blend a range of therapeutic modalities to suit your individual needs. This may include talking therapy, visualisations and inner child work, somatic body work, creative techniques or EMDR.
I have a specialism in trauma, in particular childhood trauma and attachment difficulties, and I’m passionate about helping individuals process and heal from past experiences in a way that feels safe and empowering. I also offer EMDR, a highly effective method for processing distressing memories and unprocessed emotions. This can be blended within the sessions if it feels appropriate. Whether you’re seeking short term support to address a specific issue or longer term therapy to work through deeper, more complex challenges, I will meet you where you are at and work at your pace. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and I offer both face to face or online options to suit your preference.
