Supervision

  • I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor with an advanced certificate in Clinical Supervision. I have been working therapeutically for over 8 years, and work with children age 4 up to adults with a specialism in trauma. My aim as a supervisor is to provide you with a space to explore and process your therapeutic work. The sessions should support your overall wellbeing, enhance your practice and encourage your professional development. My supervision style largely follows The Seven eyed model by Hawkins and Shohet, and I believe in supervision being collaborative, restorative and reflective

Please feel free to get in touch to discuss supervision further!

  • I am an EMDR consultant with the EMDR association, which means I can provide consultancy (EMDR supervision) for your EMDR practice. I can also support you in working towards EMDR accreditation or consultancy.

  • I offer clinical supervision for healthcare professionals, such as those working in mental health, the NHS, residential homes or other healthcare settings. This can be a structured, reflective space to support you or your employees in delivering safe, ethical care whilst also supporting your professional wellbeing and development.

Supervision can be used to reflect on clinical work, process the emotional impact and prevent burnout, as well as enhancing skills, relational dynamics and boundaries. Supervision is not therapy, but it can be a restorative and psychologically safe space to explore work and wellbeing.

This can be offered for individuals or in a group setting. Please get in touch for more information
